I am not saying there are NO good men these days

I am saying that they are getting rarer (Guild Wars2 Gold). Through my business and other associations I find young men wanting in a certain maturity, want instant gratification, and constant praise. My company has hired some young me who after a few weeks or a month, want a raise, or they quit because they said we did not give them enough verbal praise. Really?? Maybe it is the style of schooling these days, but I did not expect a raise after working such a short time, I did not expect my managers to praise my work everyday.

Certainly there are exceptions to this observation. I don't mean to say all young men act this way. The ones who do not are either from the military or rather well balanced families.

And your example implies there is at least one young man not doing his job as a father (Guild Wars2 Gold).

As for men and their toys, sure, the price of the toys changes. But most importantly, we learn as men that we pay for our own toys, and only after all the other family needs are met, or we don't buy toys, at least in my view of what a 'man' actually is.
